STEP 1 - Read the following

- If you have received a deck that is damaged we will exchange your deck for another.

- The customer must ship back damaged deck(s) to us before an exchange deck is delivered. Shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking is recommended. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

- All exchanges will be sent out after all the kickstarter pledges have been fulfilled.

- Deck(s) should be returned to the address marked on the shipping envelope.
